A note to let you know how pleased we are with Broadcast Compliance Services' EEO reporting.

What use to be a protracted and cumbersome job is now "a thing of beauty" ... no kidding! The depth of resources is unmatched and the reports, although large due to the incredible amount of resources, allow even the smallest broadcaster or group to exceed FCC expectations.

It's been a pleasure working with your organization, and we are happy to have been asked for our input while developing this system. It's nice to know that someone is listening.

Thanks,

My position as the Human Resources Manager for a top 10 market television station requires that I make sure the station is compliant with the FCC rules and regulations with regards to EEO recruitment efforts. It is crucial that the station's job dissemination process is compliant with the requirements of the FCC by reaching out to diverse groups of organizations within the community.

BCS is easy and simple to use. BCS does all the leg work researching resources that are notified of our open positions.

BCS offers excellent customer care - always available to consult with - open to suggestions.

Using BCS to disseminate my open positions to local and regional communities has made me feel confident that my station is doing everything possible for EEO outreach.

I would highly recommend using BCS for your EEO outreach initiatives.
